The 3-Year Warranty Applies to consistent levels of play and proper maintaining of the the product purchased. If under normal circumstances it wears, tears, or breaks, I will either repair or replace the product. I pride myself in making durable, long-lasting toys, and want to make things right if the product bought does not meet that standard.---Commissions and Pricing:
I do take commissions, but pricing can range based off what items I need to source, the time it will take to make the piece, and how complex the piece is. The more ordered at a time, I am willing to give discounts (like if someone ordered a matching collar, leash, or cuff set). Flat sale pieces that I have available have their prices based on the cost of the metal findings, rope, and time spent making the piece.---How to Properly Clean the Toys:The rope can be washed either by hand, or in a delicates bag, and put in a dryer on low or no heat. I personally like to wash mine by hand then air dry in front of a fan to speed the process. Dawn Dish Soap or a bit of a soak in Oxyclean for 10-30 minutes should be all it takes to clean the material if something spills and does not come out with water.I suggest not allowing anywhere near hot surfaces, since it is a synthetic material and will melt if exposed to fire or heated surfaces.---Details on the Paracord:
The rope is graded to withstand 160lbs of pressure by strand, and to be mold resistant. Being braided, the strength may be improved but it is suggested to not hang or suspend anything/anyone with any of these products, especially if over 160lbs. Cuffs attached to a St. Andrews Cross or other similar toys should be able to withstand the pulling and tugging of play.As stated before, it is not heat-resistant and should not be used around fire.---Details on the Metal Findings:
All metal findings used are cast in Zinc, and most Plated with Nickel.For those with metal allergies, plastic alternatives can be sourced.Non-Paracord Rope Toys/Collars:
I rarely make things with cotton or jute rope, and they are by request.
